subscribing to our monthly membership:

by operating as a provider collective, we’re able to share knowledge, skills, and resources to reduce costs for our offerings and for our clients. this promotes accessibility to holistic care. Our Monthly membership is $15 per adult (any grade school age children still living at home are included in a parent/guardian subscription). visiting from or live out of town? No problem - we have a $10 guest membership good for 30 days.

scheduling an appointment:

All of our appointments are booked online! first visits, next visits or a standing/recurring visit can be made online. we have 4 chiropractors and 3 massage therapists with various availability during the week - including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A first visit is necessary to establish care; after a first visit with a chiropractor, you are welcome to book follow-up visits with any of our chiropractors; after a first visit with a massage therapist, you are welcome to book follow-up visits with any of our massage therapists.

What to expect during your appointment:

prior to arriving, you will receive a reminder text from our scheduling software and a welcome text from us with photos of our entrance and where to park. Your provider may be finishing with another client when you arrive, so come on in, silence your devices, grab some water, and make yourself at home. For our established clients, there are instructions for where to store your items, remove your shoes, hang a top layer and to find an empty table.

Your PRACTITIONER reads and studies the information you provided when scheduling your visit. Depending on the service you selected, there may be additional communication before arrival - such as what clothing to wear or bring. Your consultation consists of a conversation about your history and goals, a full spectrum of lifestyle questions, and treatment.

Your provider will make a recommendation on next steps, care plans, or referrals. You can expect text communication from us -24 hours to a few days- after your first visit. This “check-in” is to see how you’re functioning, to answer any questions, and to provide guidance in reaching your goals.

our providers are always learning new ways to care for you. you will find links to other, local practitioners - physical therapists, acupuncturists, PODIATRISTS, birth workers, nutritionists, and more! Use the password provided in your membership email to access our provider network.

We don’t bill insurance directly. You are welcome to use an FSA/HSA card or file a receipt with your carrier for reimbursement. each appointment type has a specific cancellation policy you will be asked to adhere to - these policies have adapted and evolved over the past 10 years of practice to honor both the provider and client.
