This page is designed to help you explore, learn, and create an awareness of what to expect when choosing Epi-Healing and Network Spinal for yourself and those you share it with.
When our body has the resourceful energy needed to process all of life’s happenings we grow. If we are depleted, even in the slightest, our body intelligently stores information from life experience as potential energy in our spine, nervous system, and other tissues.
As people, we may experience this potential energy as pain, muscular tension, headaches, anxiety, depression, foggy thinking, poor balance, major health challenges, and anywhere a gap exists between where you are and where you want to be.
Network Spinal utilizes light touch on specific areas along the spine and body cuing the nervous system to reconnect and liberate the potential energy stored within your body. This liberation ignites the energy to heal, the energy to move beyond limiting patterns, and the energy to creatively develop the life you deserve to live.
To be fulfilled with the extraordinary outcomes your life deserves, you must have more extraordinary experiences.
If any of the following statements resonate, Network Spinal was designed for you:
- I recognize that healing is more than just physical.
- I seek a richer, more extraordinary experiences for myself and/or others.
- I desire bigger, deeper, more profound purpose or meaning.
- I want to/must make a difference in the world.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Is Network Spinal different from traditional Chiropractic?
Yes, Network Spinal Entrainments are performed utilizing light touch to specific areas of your body to bring awareness and cue the nervous system to liberate bound tension stored in the spine, discs, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and other tissues of your body. This means that the physical adjustment of the bones will not take place. The adjustments will happen from you. While you may not hear a noise coming from your joints as they move, it is happening.
What may I expect from a Network Spinal Entrainment?
Our objective is that no matter what type of care you receive you are met where your needs are and find Urban Hippie open to explore all of the resources available for your health.
Increased somatic (body) awareness. This may show up as changes in your breath on and off the table. Sensations of spontaneous movement that includes shaking, trembling, sweating, lifting, expanding, compressing, lengthening, stretching on the table are possible. Energetic awareness may show up as warmth, coolness, tingling. Your mind may begin to wander or completely fade away. Experiences with emotion are common and may surface with tears or noise needing to be released. As these experiences happen, please be with them and allow it to express, this promotes efficiency of care and expedites results.
What if I don’t feel anything?
This is normal for people in all stages of care. Not feeling something doesn’t mean nothing is going on. Because we know that healing goes beyond physical symptoms and is associated with mental and emotional states, it’s vital that we become aware of even the slightest feelings. For example feeling our heart rate change, feeling ourselves breathe deeper, feeling the tension in our face dissipate or enhance. Meditation has been proven to change our physiology and benefit our health, but did we feel anything during the act of meditation?
Is Network Spinal safe for children?
Yes, children respond extraordinarily well to Network Spinal. Growing up in today’s environment we are bombarded by an increase in chemical stress (food, pollution, medication…) physical stress (sitting in classroom, sedentary behavior, sports…) emotional stress (educational demand, growing up fast, divorce, bullying…). Network Spinal holds the perspective of each stressor contributing to the tension that shows up in a child’s body. With the most gentle touch a child’s nervous system is reminded it is okay to release and simply enjoy being a kid. Children love it and often demand that their parents get on the table themselves.
