Do you take insurance?
We do not bill insurance, PI, or Worker’s Comp.
How can I get a super bill/receipt of all my appointments?

We can create for you a super bill of all your appointments. The requests will be fulfilled in the order they are received and sent out in January 2023. If you are just looking for a few appointments or a single receipt please go to your confirmation emails and click “View Appointments Details” to generate an individual receipt.
Do we take walk-ins?
No, we do not. All appointments are booked online here.
And we are not an emergency facility. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please seek allopathic/medical treatment asap!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Card, Venmo, FSA/HSA. For First Visits you must book online with a card.

How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?
You can cancel/reschedule an appointment through your confirmation emails. There you can see the specific cancelation policy for each appointment.
Please note: Attempting to schedule or reschedule/cancel via any of our social media platforms in the form of comments, direct messages, tagging or posts do not serve as official communications. Please call or text the office if you need assistance or have questions about the process.
What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
Rescheduled/Canceled visits within 3 hours will be charged the full amount of service. Canceled First Visit appointments/Massage appointments within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged the full amount of service. All no show appointments will be charged the full amount of service.
What is your late policy?
If you are more than 5 minutes late to your chiropractic appointment or 15 minutes late to your massage appointment, you may be 1) worked in based on schedule availability 2) you may be asked to see a different provider with availability or 3) you may choose to reschedule and be charged for the service and forfeit your appointment. We know that life happens and are happy to help you reschedule your appointment if necessary.
Why did I not get my full refund?
Beginning 4/11/23 processing fees will no longer be refunded to your account with full or partial refunds when you cancel/change an appointment (outside the cancellation time frame) or don’t apply the correct Member code.
Do you have gift cards/gift certificates?
We have them available for online purchase: Click Here. You plug in your information and payment and the code is emailed to you and you are good to go! We also have physical gift certificates for pickup at the office during business hours. They are not required, just a nice touch if you want something in hand.
What are your hours?
Each of our doctors and massage therapists have their own hours and they vary week to week. Please go online to our booking page to see their availability. If you have further questions please contact our office by phone or text: 469.781.1150.
Do you have memberships?
Yes, please see the Membership Page or this link for details and signing up.
Do you see pregnant clients?
Yes, we see clients at all stages of their pregnancy and postpartum. Each of our doctors and massage therapists have had training in treating people both in prenatal and postpartum. We’ve seen the greatest results with clients who have been with us since preconception, if you come in the last trimester it will be up to the practitioner if they will be able to provide care.
Do you see newborns and children?
Yes, all ages. The adjustment is appropriate for the child’s age and development.
What if I have a family member visiting from out of town who I want to see my chiropractor?
In order for anyone to be seen, they will need to establish care with a first visit and intake forms for consent of care to be signed. So if they plan on visiting when they are in town again, then this is a great investment for future trips.
