Lisa is a Mom to 4 beautiful children including an 11 year old son with special needs. It was through the experience of caring for her son that she was introduced to and developed an interest in whole food nutrition, body mechanics, and natural healing. However, it was her near fatal health scare in August 2013 that prompted her to take proactive steps in her own wellness journey. Today, Lisa enjoys an active lifestyle with friends and family as well as developing her career.
Lisa’s primary objective as a massage therapist and soon-to-be personal trainer, is to help her clients reach optimal function in their bodies. That can mean pain relief, increased stamina and range of motion, or relaxation. Ultimately, she hopes to help you reach your goals in the areas of life that matter to you.
